In the world of new construction, every deal begins with trust, continues with professionalism, and ends with a key in the hand of a satisfied client.

At 23 years old, Emma Daneva is already an established name in the new construction market in Sofia. She started her career at 19, driven by the desire to develop in a dynamic environment and the mission to change the attitude towards brokers in Bulgaria.

Today, she leads a team of young and ambitious professionals, combining the roles of manager, mentor and active broker. Under her leadership , Revolution Estate has become one of the most recognizable companies in the new construction segment - with over 200 active projects and a reputation for expertise and integrity.

For Emma, success is a combination of honesty, perseverance and dedication. She believes that real estate transactions are not just a business, but a process of trust and relationship building. That is why clients and partners associate her with professionalism, energy and security.

In addition to business, Emma also invests time in developing her personal brand - she shares her experience on social networks, prepares a book on new construction sales systems, and inspires young people to boldly enter the world of real estate.

We talk to her about the path she has taken, the dynamics of the market, and how her values are reflected in her work with clients.

1. How did you find yourself in the world of new construction and what has kept you in it to this day?

I entered the world of real estate at a very young age, 19 years old – with the idea of a challenge and an opportunity for development. What keeps me going even today is my personal mission – to change the opinion about brokers in Bulgaria. I believe that this business can be done with professionalism, transparency and respect for the client. I want people to see a broker not just as an intermediary, but as a trusted partner who brings security and adds value.

2. How would you describe the market right now – which trends dominate and what are the biggest surprises in recent months?

The market is active – since the beginning of the year we have observed a price increase of over 10%. Many people who have been postponing the purchase for a long time feel that now is the right time. What continues to surprise me is how much free capital the Bulgarian has – in recent months we regularly meet clients with savings amounting to tens, even hundreds of thousands of euros.

3. When a client comes to you for the first time, what is the most important thing you want them to feel in your conversation?

Security. I want the client to feel that they are in the hands of a professional who thinks about their interest and knows the way to a successful transaction. My goal is for people to feel calm and confident that they will not have to worry about anything during the process.

4. What is the biggest advantage for the client to work with "Revolution Estate" when purchasing a property "on the green"?

Our team offers full expertise – from the initial consultation, through the selection of a project, to the completion of the deal. We know the investors, buildings and areas in detail, so the client can count on making the right choice. We are also sponsors of the National Register for New Construction, which gives us access to the full history of investors and builders. There are many unfinished buildings in Sofia and unfortunately, individuals are often misled by unscrupulous market participants when they do not consult a professional.

5. What personal values have helped you the most to get to the position you are in today?

Honesty – to myself, to my colleagues and to my clients. And dedication – for me there is no “after hours”, no weekend when the work has to be done. I am there. This perseverance helps me move forward and achieve results.

6. What is the biggest challenge you have overcome, and how has it changed you as a professional?

The biggest challenge was when I started working in office sales – I had no textbook, no clients, no experience. But I was extremely curious and persistent. Everything I know today, I learned the hard way – through practice, mistakes and perseverance. This has made me a person who can pass on knowledge with ease.

7. If you had to give one key piece of advice to someone considering buying a new home in the coming months, what would it be?

In Malinova Dolina alone, there are currently over 80 buildings that are being designed, built, or waiting for Act 16. My advice is for the buyer to carefully review each object – documents, investor, stage. And if they don't have that time and knowledge, the most reasonable solution is to turn to a broker.

8. What can Revolution Estate clients expect in Sofia next year?

I am currently working on a new project – a book that will be a guide to working in a “new construction” team and building an effective system. It will be useful both for colleagues in the industry and for clients who want to better understand the market. We expect its premiere before the end of 2025.
