Good question! It depends on a lot of factors, like budget, location, long-term plans, and personal preferences. If I had to choose, I would look at it this way:

- Usually in more developed areas with good infrastructure (parks, schools, shops).
- Cons :
- Older construction that requires additional repairs (especially with insulation and installations).
- Energy efficiency is often low.
New construction :

- Modern materials and better energy efficiency.
- More modern interior and exterior.
- It often comes with an underground garage or parking space.
- Cons :
- Smaller areas for the same price (sometimes the distribution is a compromise).
- Risk of poor quality construction if the builder is not checked thoroughly.
- Often in new areas with still underdeveloped infrastructure.
Personal preference : If the panel house is in a good location and has potential after renovation, I would seriously consider it. But if new construction is by a proven builder and meets the budget and location requirements, it would also be a good solution.
