After World War II, technology entered and with it the positive attitude towards a brighter future. Naturally, over the years, professions disappear and others appear in their place. In the 21st century, we know that it is the turn of automation and the arrival of robots. But is this a threat or something positive? Do you know how many professions have actually disappeared and how many have been replaced by technology? And how many continue. And not only in dangerous and dirty jobs, but also many in sectors such as "Healthcare".
Still, many new professions have emerged, even though they are directly related to computers, without human activity and thought, they cannot exist.
There is one field that is not really a 21st century profession. It has been known for a century. With the help of technology, it is developing quite dynamically, but the Human there cannot be replaced.

Can you guess what this profession is?

Before you even start, many of your family and friends will try to dissuade you from it. Then there will be a period in which you will ask yourself “Where did I get to?”, “Is this for me?”, “Is it worth the effort?” and other similar questions. But in fact, the people who manage to overcome everything, and especially the answers with “NO”, become the most successful.

The world knows them. It knows their names, their history and uses them as an example. And they are people who start from the first step, who have 24 hours a day, have families, problems, have dreams and maybe many times they wanted to give up, but something stopped them. And then they paid the price to become the best. Because being the best in this field will not be achieved by working from 9:00 to 17:00. It will not be achieved in one, two or three years, but it will be worth it. And do you know why? Because they preferred to dedicate themselves for five, seven, ten, even twenty years, rather than working for someone else for fifty.

Brokers, the most talked about, the most desired or unwanted people.

Why?

In Bulgaria, it is not mandatory to have education or previous experience when applying for a real estate job. Most companies will tell you during the interview that you can achieve anything with desire and not give up at the first "NO", which is actually exactly the case.

We'll talk another time about whether we need talent, what conditions we work under, and why we are the "unwanted intermediaries."

The question is, why the "profession of the future"?

In your opinion, if a robot stood in front of you and you entered a property, how long would an inspection take? Would it be able to win you over the phone with the same emotion? Would it be able to introduce you to all the features? Would you be able to be mutually useful in the future?

And although "brokerage" is not something new, human activity will begin to be lacking in the future, even for finding and buying property.
But this sphere is not just "Hello, hello, what kind of housing are you looking for?".
Many professions such as marketers, graphic designers, IT and advertising skills are needed, groups of professionals who are united in the goal of developing the name of a given real estate agency.

In recent years, we have noticed that it has become increasingly modern and convenient to work from home or from any corner of the world, why can't a broker do it too?

Professions that we study for years will be replaced by artificial intelligence and only 1% of us will be able to benefit from their knowledge. Fact is, the world is developing and we are with it, but not everything human can be replaced. We can only help ourselves with technology to make our dreams come true.
